FROM THE BOOKSTORE
We all make time to read each day. Some are more avid readers and others only peruse magazines. How can we fully embrace Christ and welcome Him into our homes and our hearts without making some time to daily reflect upon the Bible? How can we understand the instruction and stories of the New Testament without being familiar with the law and people and promises of the Old Testament? Make the time each morning or afternoon. Open the Good Book and embrace the teachings. Make time for Christ. Available in the Cathedral book store are bibles for all ages including toddlers, young children, older children and of course, for adults.

STEWARDSHIP NEWS
Stewardship Sunday has been moved to February 13th. In honor of Stewardship Sunday, Father Dean has requested a special guest, Father Ted Barbas, Chancellor to the Metropolitan, to join us and say a few words about Stewardship. In addition, the Parish Council will be presenting their Stewardship Pledge in front of the Parish. We also want to thank all those who responded promptly to the mailer and sent in their Stewardship Contribution. We appeal to those who have not to send in your pledge as soon as possible, and don't forget to check the box about other ways you can help our Cathedral. Better yet, just bring it to services and drop it off on Stewardship Sunday.

FLOWER DONATION OPPORTUNITY
Did you know that you can make a donation for the Altar Flowers ordered each week? This can be for the acknowledgement of your Name Day, in memory of a loved one, in honor of someone's birthday or birth of a new child, or JUST BECAUSE. Arrangements can be made by calling Alexandra in the Cathedral's Administrative Office. Each donation will be GREATLY appreciated and acknowledged in the Weekly Bulletin.
