Happy Mother’s Day!

PARISH GENERAL ASSEMBLY
The General Assembly of the Parish will take place on Monday, May 12, at 7:00 p.m. in the Cotsidas auditorium. All those who wish to participate in the voting must be a parishioner in Good Standing prior to the call of the meeting.

DAUGHTERS OF PENELOPE
The Daughter's of Penelope will be having their annual Mother's Day Bake sale in the foyer of the auditorium following the Divine Liturgy.

AGORA-GRECIAN FESTIVAL JUNE 6, 7, 8
We are looking for people to donate their new or slightly worn handmade linens to the AGORA linen booth. Volunteers are also needed to work the linen booth as well as the music and T-shirt booth. Sign up sheets are posted in the Cotsidas Auditorium.

GREEK DANCE CLASSES
In preparation for the Grecian Festival Performance, practice for all age groups will continue every Tuesday and Thursday, at their respective times. Please make every effort to attend.

PHILOPTOCHOS SCHOLARSHIPS
The following applications for the following scholarships: Agamemnon Commatas Scholarship $500; Vasiliky Strates Moshcos Scholarship $500; and the Two Ladies Philoptochos Scholarship applications $1,000 each, are now available in the Church Office. The Scholarship Awards will be given to the recipients on Father's Day, June 15th.

ALEXANDER THE GREAT SCHOLARSHIP
High School Graduates please pick up the Cultural Center Hrisohorafiton “Alexander the Great” Scholarship application from the Church office.

ZACHARY W. KASSOS IONIAN VILLAGE MEMORIAL AWARD
In loving memory of our son, Zachary we have established this $500 annual memorial award to help defray some of the expenses associated with participating in the Ioanian Village Summer Camp program. It is our hope that a young person each year will be able to experience Greece through this most enriching and educational program. The application may be obtained from the Cathedral office and submit the application by Sunday, May 25, 2008. The recipient will be recognized following church services on Sunday, June 15th Father's Day.
