SUNDAY SCHOOL REGISTRATION
 Sunday School Registration will take place today following the Divine Liturgy and also on Sunday, September 20th. Sunday School classes begin Sunday, September 20th.

GREEK SCHOOL
On Monday, September 14th, Greek School begins with Agiasmo at 4:00 pm.

CHOIR
Our church choir is seeking new members, both male and female, ages 16 and up, to enhance our Sunday liturgies. Anyone who likes to sing please join us Sunday mornings at 9:00 am or call Bill Pappazisis at 508-870-0903 or e-mail at wjjep@verison.net

PHILOPTOCHOS SOCIETY NEWS
The Annual Philoptochos Luncheon buffet for our Hellenic College/Holy Cross will take place on Sunday, September 20th following the Divine Liturgy in the Cotsidas Auditorium. For your reservations please call the church office.

METROPOLIS RETREAT CENTER
On September 26th, His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios of Boston cordially invite us to attend the Official Opening of the Doors of the Retreat House at the Saint Methodios Faith & Heritage Center in Contoocok, New Hampshire - Orthros and Divine Liturgy at 8:30 am at the Chapel of Saint George. Our Cathedral will be having a bus to accomodate our parishioners. The bus will be leaving the parking lot of our cathedral at 6:30 am sharp. Please call the church office for your reservations.

11th ANNUAL GOLF CLASSIC
Don't forget to sign up for the 11th Annual Golf Classic on Sunday, September 27th, 1:00 pm at Mount Pleasant Country Club with dinner following. $130 per person to play, $30 for dinner only Sponsorship opportunities available call Stu Paskalis at 774-253-9994.

FAMILY CENTER NEWS
The Grandest Tasting Event in the City, Thursday, October 22nd from 6-8:30pm. $35pp to benefit the Family Center. Volunteers needed.

 

 

 

LITTLE ANGELS
Little Angels playgroup will meet every Wednesday from 10:30am - 12:30pm in the room beneath the Cathedral.
Please join us for our special Open House on September 16th!

GOYA
The first GOYA meeting will take place on Tuesday, September 22nd at 6:30 pm beneath the Cathedral.

HELLENIC ARTS SOCIETY
The Hellenic Arts Society will open its 32nd season with a wine tasting spectacular. AN EVENING WITH DIONYSUS, Saturday, October 3rd, at Coral Seafood Restaurant, 6:30 pm cash bar; 7:00 pm Dinner. Our guest vinter will be Anastasio Giannopoulos, co-owner of Anastasi Estates Winery. The evening's wine offerings will include a chardonnay, moschofilero, dry red, and an agiorgitiko, to accompany the following menu: Soupa kakavia, salata xtapodi, brizola moscharisia, and loukoumades.
