SUNDAY SCHOOL GIVING TREE
The Sunday School is collecting gifts for children through its annual giving tree. It is an opportunity for the children of the Sunday School, as well as the rest of the parish, to give to children truly in need. The gifts collected will be given to the students of the Hartwell Learning Center. Some of these students will not receive any other gifts for Christmas than those we provide them.
In addition, gift cards to local supermarkets are welcome (in $10 denominations). These will be given to Fr. Dean and Fr. Greg for our church's Poor & Needy Fund and distribution at their discretion. The children of the Sunday School may feel free to offer any monetary donation toward the purchase of these cards by the Sunday School program.
Please visit our tree outside the Cotsidas Auditorium after liturgy on Sundays for details and to select an ornament that will truly make a difference in a child's life.
Our church choir is seeking new members, both male and female from ages 16 and up, to enhance our Sunday liturgies. Anyone who likes to sing please join us Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. or call Bill Pappazisis at 508-870-0903 or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
With the blessing of our Priests and Choir Director, Christiana Poly a junior member of our Choir has offered to create the Junior Choir League inviting all youth ages 12-18 to join. Christiana is available immediately following Divine Liturgy in the Tonna Room to meet those who are interested and sign them up to start rehearsing and learning hymns. Please encourage your children to partake in this new and wonderful ministry.
Little Angels will not meet on Wednesday, November 25th. See you again On Wednesday, December 2nd.
Little Angels is collecting non-perishable and/or monetary donations for the Worcester County Food Drive until December 2nd. Please contact Sandra Allicon at email@example.com with questions or to make your donation.

Social Services Committee: Please provide the Ladies Philoptochos Society with names of the elderly in our community who are in nursing homes and other facilities, also those who are sick and housebound with limited family support. We need this information to compile our list for our outreach visits in December. Those wishing to make a contribution for this program may contact Maria Stefanakos with their donation.
IN ADDITION: If there is anyone who needs medical, financial or emotional assistance, help is available from the National and Metropolis Philoptochos Social Services committee. All referrals are confidential and dealt with by highly qualified professionals. Please do not hesitate to contact our local Philoptochos Society through our Chapter President, Cathedral Office or Father Dean. This is an ongoing service available to all our parishioners.
