Parents
Parents should be involvewd in GOYA
ministry. However, since adolescence
is a time when teens begin to individuate
from parents, during certain events/meetings,
it may be best if parental involvement
is offered in a low visibility setting.
Parents can be very
helpful in many ways. They can chaperone
meetings, activities and trips, help
formulate and implement programs and
serve on the Youth Committee. It is
with the support and love of the parents
of the youth of this cathedral that
GOYA can continue to grow and grow
successfully.
Parents, if you
would like to get yourselves involved
with GOYA as a chaperone for some
of our GOYA events, or if you would
like to get involved with any of our
Cathedral's other youth programs,
