Philosophy
- The philosophy
of the School shall be to provide a warm, accepting environment where
the child may grow as an individual. The School will foster the child's
total development in the areas of social, emotional, intellectual and
physical growth.
- The School's
primary concern will be to help each child develop a positive self-image.
It will foster in the children as the development of self confidence
as an individual as well as an awareness of others, and to encourage
positive peer relationships.
- The School's
objective is to offer tasks that ensure success as well as appropriate
challenges and an introduction to basic readiness concepts. These tasks
will include socialization skills, fine and gross motor coordination,
language skills, and auditory and visual activities. These learning
experiences will be presented in a fun and pleasing manner for the children.
- The School
will provide an environment in which the parents can be involved with
the program and parents and teachers will work as a unit for the well
being of the child.
